SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Orders usually ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.

Ground Delivery arrives in 4-10 business days. Orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, and GU are shipped priority mail and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. We currently ship clothing only outside the lower 48 continental US. Larger items (anything that is not clothing!) requires a custom quote on shipping.

Expedited shipping methods are listed below - please note that rush or express shipping speeds up the actual transit times and DOES NOT change the production time of any special order items. For information on rush production, please click here.

Rush Delivery Rush delivery takes approximately 3-4 business days transit time. Rush shipping is not available on oversized items or items shipped directly from our manufacturers.

Express Shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days in transit. Express shipping is not available on large items or items shipped directly from our manufacturers. We are unable to offer refunds for any delays on expedited shipping.

Store Pick Up - Store pick up is available for our local customers - our store hours are Wednesday-Friday 10:00-4:00 - please allow a full business day to pick up your in stock orders. Any custom orders will still require full production time.

We ship clothing only outside of the continental US. We are unable to ship furniture, bedding and other large items outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico - We ship via Priority Mail to Hawaii and Alaska.

Shipping to Canada - Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee delivery time frames to Canada.

International Shipping:

We ship to most of Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders must be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company - we can not ship to an alternative address that is not on file with the credit card company. With the first order, a faxed copy of your credit card with your signature authorizing the purchase may be required. This is done for your security to verify that you are the cardholder and will only be required with your first order. Repeat customers will not be required to submit the information again.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Shipment of international orders may take up to 2-3 business days after the order is placed to ship. The average delivery time is 1-2 weeks, but we are unable to guarantee delivery times. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

If you are receiving a large item delivered by freight or trucking company, the furniture carrier will call you to set up a delivery time(usually a 4 hour window.) Standard Delivery includes delivery inside the main threshold of your home. It is imperative that you are present to inspect the furniture in the presence of the driver and note any damages on the delivery ticket.

For an addtional fee, Premier Delivery is offered on many of our items and includes placement in the room of your choice and unpacking and removing the packing materials.

FREIGHT COLLECT:

If an item is shipped freight collect this means that you pay the shipper for the actual shipping charges when they deliver the merchandise. The shipping company will call you to set up a delivery time (usually a 4 hour window.) We can give you an estimate of delivery costs before you order.
